Projects
Each year, the Utility invests in a number of capital improvement projects. These range from water main replacements to water treatment plant upgrades. Smaller projects are funded directly from Utility revenues. Larger projects typically require outside funding sources such as water revenue bonds or state drinking water loans. Ultimately, these investments maintain and upgrade the water treatment and distribution system to ensure a reliable and safe supply of water to the community.
