Utility Bills are now being printed and mailed from a third party bill printer. Customers may notice a different envelope and slightly different bill features. In the coming months, a new Utility bill format will be implemented. Customers will be notified ahead of this change.
The utilization of a third party bill printer comes at a time and cost savings for the Utility.
