Payment Window Re-opening

Published:

The Sheboygan Water Utility payment window will be re-opening to the public on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, with restrictions.

The Utility has implemented strict safety and cleaning practices to combat the spread of COVID-19, and we ask all customers observe the safety guidelines in place. A clear entrance and exit will be posted for customers. Social distancing will be required. A limit of two customers will be allowed in the Utility payment area at a time due to room size limitations. Additional customers waiting for service will need to wait in their car or outside the office in a designated area with social distancing.   Please observe all posted signs when arriving at the Utility.

Customers are strongly encouraged to continue making payments via the drop box outside the Utility Office, online at SheboyganWater.org, by phone, or through their bank bill pay. Customers who require their payment to be processed in person, are asked to pay by check or credit card, or have exact change for cash payments. All other Utility business should continue to be conducted by phone or email.

As a reminder, late fees are waived until further notice, and your water will not be disconnected for non-payment during the public health emergency. If you are not able to pay your Utility bill by the due date, please contact us at customerservice@sheboyganwater.org.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.
